What We Do

[Project 1] Vietnam Law Trustworthy Datasets

The Vietnam Law Trustworthy Datasets project focuses on classifying legal sectors and developing evaluation criteria for understanding foundational legal concepts within Vietnam’s business law system.

Why it is important?

Our goal is to create a ground truth dataset for training AI tools. Although legal data concerning Vietnam’s business law has been successfully digitized and made publicly available on platforms like Thuvienphapluat and the Congbobanan site, this data has not yet been labeled or structured into a legalized trusworthy dataset for trainning AI model.

[Project 2] Business Contract Annotation Dataset

While large language models have the potential to significantly enhance contract review for lawyers, their performance is heavily influenced by the quality of training datasets. Currently, many of these datasets lack proper labeling, which impacts the effectiveness of the models.

Why it is important? Our goal is to bridge this gap by introducing a well-annotated dataset specifically designed for contract understanding. This dataset will enhance the capability of AI tools to automate and improve the contract review process—an essential, yet labor-intensive and risk-prone task in legal work.
